Dolly Sartika holds the esteemed position of CEO at Seven Star Production, an exceptional Event Organizer headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.

After completing her studies at one of the best Law Faculties in Indonesia, she embarked on her career as a Private Radio Broadcaster. Subsequently, she briefly served as a Consultant at the Walstret Institute. Possessing an unwavering spirit of hard work and an insatiable thirst for knowledge and experience, she pursued further education. This is exemplified by her continued studies and enrollment as a student at John Robert Power International, where she delved deeply into the realms of International Business, Public Speaking, and Event Organization—knowledge that also bolsters her ongoing business pursuits.

Through her unrelenting dedication and persistence, she has successfully held the role of Director at My Journey Tour & Travel for 9 years. Drawing from a wealth of global experiences, she continues to navigate the competitive business landscape by conceiving innovative projects and crafting tour concepts. These concepts, both domestic and international, are characterized by their executive and captivating nature, testament to her profound commitment to the field.

Her boundless passion and dedication to her work are succinctly captured in her guiding mantra: “My Job is My Passion.” Her overarching objective is to elevate the quality of life and bring benefit to countless individuals through blessed efforts in alignment with her faith.

Her capabilities extend to the orchestration of substantial projects across government, private, and personal sectors. She also excels in event coordination, ranging from Gala Dinners to Outbound adventures and Anniversary Gatherings for companies of various scales, often accommodating hundreds to thousands of participants.
